“logo moment”

I once designed a logo for KidsXpress Life—a program helping kids heal through art, music and movement.

The logo showed a kid jumping up in an ‘X-pose’, replacing the letter ‘X’.

One day a child in the program saw it… and spontaneously jumped up in the air into the exact same pose.

The client called it an “instant logo moment”.

Vonk means spark in Dutch. There are these little “spark-like” moments that have kept me fired up through each stage of a design project.
